Walking with alpacas
Explore the beautiful Pennines in a fun and unique way. Walking our alpacas is an enjoyable and memorable experience amid breath taking scenery.
The experience takes us along the moorland, with views of the sweeping hills and reservoirs that surround this location. Alpacas are inquisitive and like to take in the scenery with the odd munch of grass along the way!
We have a choice of several routes that we walk along, giving the alpacas a variety (some routes have a slight incline).
When you arrive you will be welcomed with a short talk about alpacas, covering some do’s and don’ts, then its time to meet your friendly walking buddy: – Beethoven, Episode, Eclipse, Figaro, Firenze or Frodo. You will also help prepare them for the walk.
We will then head out on our walk taking in the beautiful local scenery. We will have a few short stops along the way where you can have the chance to have a selfie with your furry friend.
Just ensure you bring your walking boots / wellies and a camera!
Upon our return, you will relax with your alpaca, taking some time to feed them nibbles and take more selfies.
